Enclosed is Draft 3 of Bi11318, an ordinance amending Chapter 25, article 2, division 4, Hawaii
County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended) by adding a new section relating to concurrency
conditions. Draft 3 incorporates the amendments transmitted via Communication 307.15, which were
approved at the May 16, 2007 Council meeting.
