SUBJECT: 158-07, Draft 2, Requesting the Planning Director to Initiate an Ordinance to Amend
Chapter 23, Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended) Relating to
Subdivisions and an Ordinance Amending Chapter 25, Hawaii County Code 1983
(2005 Edition, as amended) Relating to Zoning.
Enclosed is Draft 2 of Resolution 158-07, requesting the planning director to initiate an
ordinance to amend Chapter 23, Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended) relating
to subdivisions and an ordinance amending Chapter 25, Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005
Edition, as amended) relating to zoning. Draft 2 incorporates the amendments transmitted via
Communication 331.2, which were approved at the May 15, 2007 Planning Committee meeting.
