Request: Unplanned/A-Sa to RS-10, RM-2, RM-3.5, RM-5.5 and Open
Tax Map Key: 7-8-10:Portion of 2
Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 186, Draft 5 which includes the
following amendments:
1. Amending Condition "L" to conform to the Housing Ordinance which was recently
approved.
2. Add the following language to Condition "O" (1): "without limitation, improvements to
Kahalu'u Beach Park;"
3. Add the following language to. Condition "O" (second to last pazagraph) "Any fair shaze
contributions paid by the applicant shall be expended within the region impacted by the
proposed development, subject to the approval of the director."
4. Add the following language to Condition "O" (last paragraph): "Upon approval of the fair
share contributions or in lieu contributions by the director, the director shall submit a
final report to the Council for its information that identifies the specific approved fair
shaze and/or in lieu contributions, as allocated, and firrther implementation
requirements."
