Specifically, 1 support: ^1
• placing strict limits on the amount of development that can occur on slopes that :u . ' u; o ur gr_° arr.
• raising the requirements in Chapter 27 from the 10-year flood standard to the 1 ~0•ye~ r food
standard.
• bringing specific requirements from the County's General Plan, Section 5. Flood r;t and Natural
Hazard, info Chapter 27, the County's Floodplain Management law
• requiring a,e creauon of an Integrated electronic informational database that wily arc EiE sibL to al
County agencies and the general public.
• requiring 30-year old flood maps to be updated and expanded to include not on p I:I~'P flood
channels, but numerous mauka/makai "historic ditches" that only flow intermittertly c ur no high r:irfa'I
events
