It will continue to grow more intense, if the County <br /> Council doesn't intervene on behalf of this ENTIRE community. Punalu'u to Ninole <br /> shoreline, extending 2000 feet inland, can be preserved if the resolution to begin <br /> negotiations to acquire the property is accepted by the County Council.
