Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 60, Draft 2. The Operating Budget Proposal
I ask that you consider amending Bill 60, Draft 2 by increasing Revenue-Fund Balance From
Previous Year by $500,000 and increasing "FIRM Updates" (Miser Contract Services) account
by the same amount. The appropriation will be used to contract mapping of flood channels and
historic ditches in South Kona.
