Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 60, Draft 2
I ask that you consider amending Bill 60, Draft 2 by increasing Revenues-Fund Bal From Prev
Year by $211,307 and increasing the Department of Public Works -Automotive Division's
Equipment account by $90,000, and the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney's Salaries and Wages
account by $92,180 and employee benefits by $29,127. The appropriations will be used to
purchase a 1 Ton Utility Truck ($90,000) for the Department of Public Works, and to fund a
Clerk II (Kona) position ($17,802) and a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney (Hilo) position ($74,378).
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the revenue account(s) and expenditure
account(s) are reflected below:
