I strongly support Bill 61 Draft 2 concerning the County of Hawaii 2007-2008 Capital Budget.
Bi1161 Draft 2 would add the following projects to the budget:
New Waimea District Park Master Planning and Design - $0.75 million
Waimea Trails & Greenways - $2 million
Waimea Traffic Circulation Improvements - $9.505 million (no specific projects identified)
Lindsey Road Bridge Replacement - $0.6 million
I urge the council to pass Bill 61. Thank you for this opportunity to testify.
