Hawaii County Council
I strongly support Bill 156 concerning affordable housing.
Bill 156 would require that industrial developments that require rezoning provide affordable housing in the vicinity of
the developments. It is only fair that developers of industrial developments help solve the affordable housing challenge
facing our county.
I urge the council to pass Bill 156. Thank you for this opportunity to testify.
