This <br /> draft contains a "housekeeping" amendment made by the Council during its May 16, 2007 <br /> meeting. This amendment to the citation to the Hawaii County Code in the title and section 1 of <br /> the bill replaced references to the 1995 Edition of the Code with the correct reference to the 2005 <br /> Edition of the code. As amended, the title and SECTION 1 of the bill now read as follows: (The <br /> changes are bolded and ramseyered for illustrative purposes only.) <br /> Title: <br /> "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY <br /> CODE 1983 ([t°2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br /> VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC." <br /> Section l: <br /> "SECTION 1.
