Subject: Proposed Amendments to Bill 60, Draft 3
I ask that you consider amending Bill 60, Drafr 3 by increasing Revenues-Fund Bal From Previous Year
by $30,000, and increasing the Department of Research and Development, Agriculture Research &
Development OCE account by the same amount. The appropriation will be used to assist R&D with the
establishment of the R&D Sustainability Action Committee (SAC). This Advisory Commission will
"morph" into a standing committee under the SAC to oversee implementation of the County's energy
self-sufficiency plan.
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the revenue account(s) and the expenditure
account(s) are reflected below:
