Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 60, Drafr 3
I ask that you consider amending Bill 60, Drafr 3 by decreasing by General Fund Expenditure
Transfer to Disaster/Emerg Fund by $400,000 and increasing Flood Control OCE by the same
amount. The appropriation will be used maintain drywell and culverts island-wide.
