SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill 60, Draft 3, Operating Budget FY2007-2008
I ask that you consider amending Bill 60, Draft 3 by increasing the Revenue-Fund Balance
From Previous Year account by $1,100,000 and increasing Transfer to Cap Proj Fund-G
account by the same amount. The appropriation will be used to construct a covering for the
bleachers at the Pana`ewa Equestrian Center ($250,000), to construct a comfort station at the
Pana`ewa Rainforest Zoo and Gardens ($250,000), and to begin phase one of construction of
Machado Acres Park ($600,000).
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the expenditure account(s) is reflected
below:
