Subject: Proposed Amendments to Bill 60, Draft 3
I ask that you consider amending Bill 60, Draft 3 by increasing Revenues-Fund Bal From
Previous Year by $650,000, and increasing the Expenditure-Transfer To Cap Proj Fund-G by the
same amount. The appropriation will be used for Pahoa Swimming Pool Lights to provide
adequate lighting in order to allow community members to use the swimming pool in the
evenings and at night, and the Pahoa Community Park Project (plans and design) to include
features such as an equestrian trail, bike trail, and a dog park.
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the revenue account(s) and the
expenditure account(s) are reflected below:
