Re: Resolutions Authorizing County to Enter into Agreements
Enclosed are two resolutions authorizing the Mayor to enter into agreements
for a Sobriety Checkpoint Grant and a Seat Belt Enforcement Grant.
The Sobriety Checkpoint grant is to pay for overtime to provide 57 DUI
roadblocks ,and the Seatbelt Enforcement grant is also for overtime to increase
and maintain the enforcement of the State seat belt law. F~xnds have already
been appropriated in the Operating Budget.
