RE: Transmittal of Bill 79, Draft 2
The purpose of this communication is to transmit Bi1179, Draft 2. Bi1179, Draft 2 is a product of
amendments to Bill 79 approved during the April 17, 2007 Hawaii County Council Planning
Committee meeting.
Bill 79, and its subsequent draft, proposes amendments to Chapter 25, Division 5, of the Hawaii
County Code 1983 (2005, as amended), relating to off-street parking and loading requirements.
Bi1179, Drafr 2 is to be forwarded to the planning director and Planning Commission for their
review. A separate memorandum has been created to initiate that transmittal.
