Attached for referral to the Committee on Finance is a bill to amend Chapter 21,
Article 4, Section 21-36.1 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 Edition), as amended,
by deleting the monthly wastewater usage charges for units exceeding maximum water
allowances.
