This is to transmit Bill 61, Draft 4, which was the result of amendments approved at the Council
meeting on June 1, 2007, adding the following projects:

The amendments for Draft 4 increased the FY 2007-2008 Capital Budget by $ L5,500,000 (1 ] .2%)
to $153,582,000 and included 122 projects. The amendments for Draft 3 (increased by
$3,245,000) and Draft 4 (increased by $15,500,000) increased the FY 2007-2008 Capital Budget
by $18,745,000, 13.9% higher than the budget proposal submitted by the Mayor on May 4, 2007.
