The Three Ring Ranch, Inc. is a 501(c)3 corporation that operates an animal sanctuary for care
and rehabilitation of exotic, injured, abandoned, endangered and illegally smuggled animals, to
house and care for species that are deemed unreleasable, to educate the public and students about
proper animal Gaze, and to serve as an amnesty station for alien animal species in the State of
Hawaii.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 161-07
and recommends its adoption.
