Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 184-07, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 184-07, transmitted by Committee on Finance Chair, Dominic Yagong, via
Communication No. 373, dated May 1, 2007, provides for the establishment of tax rates by the
Council of the County of Hawaii for net taxable building and net taxable land for each class of
property established in accordance with Chapter 19, Article 7, Section 19-53(e) of the Hawaii
County Code.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 184-07
and recommends its adoption.
