No. 194-07 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:05 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 194-07, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 194-07, transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim, via Communication No. 394, dated <br /> May 4, 2007, authorizing the appropriation in future fiscal years of funds to cover the cost items <br /> agreed upon by the employers and the United Public Workers (UPW) affecting UPW Units Ol <br /> and employees excluded from Bazgaining Unit O1 for the contract period July 1, 2007 through <br /> <br /> June 30, 2009.
