I was raised down at the black sand beach of Pualu'u. I continue to go their once or twice a month to clean my grandparents property. My family has always enjoyed the peace, the environment of the wildllife, both on land and in the ocean. From a young age we were taught how to live of the land. This is one of the last areas left where the local people can go to, not only to enjoy the place but to get food. All of our ways for sustinace will be gone. Our lifestyle, culture, environment, I can go on and on, but I know you people are intelligent enough to figure it out, that a huge development would prevent all of us the hawaiian decendants from continueing to enjoy our lifestyle. Please for the sake of our future generation Preserve Punalu"u. Thank- you, Sincerly Gigi P. Dods Play games, earn tickets, get cool prizes.
