Dear Hawaii County Council,
2 am writing to voice my strong support for Resolution 169-07. The shoreline and adjacent
lands of Punalu'u and Ninole Springs must be protected from development with every
resource available. 2 agree with my friends in Pahala, a place that I love and cherish,
that resolution
169-07 is vital to protect such a beautiful place for those to whom it means the
most...the people of Hawaii. The tourists and developers have plenty available to them.
Punalu'u is a special place for turtles, the local people of the Hawaii and anyone who
wants to see this black sand beach in all its natural glory. Please don't let it slip
away.
