Aloha Pete,
I am writing now to inform you of a mistake in my transmittal to you dated May 28, 2007.
TMK number 9-6-019-011 was added by mistake. Please note that the mistake was in the transmittal
only and that TMK number 9-6-019-011 is not found in the 11th WHEREAS clause that describes the
"portions of the properties to be acquired". I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
