Re: Amendment to Operating Budget
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to appropriate $61,500 for the purchase of 8
laser units, 2 collision measurement systems, 1 computer and 1 plotter. The
purchase of these equipment should improve the county's speed limit
enforcement program aimed at reducing fatalities and injuries.
A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement for this grant is
also enclosed.
