Request: A-20a to A-3a
This is to acknowledge receipt of your annual progress report regarding the above-referenced
Change of Zone Ordinance. Thank you for complying with Condition 7 of the subject
ordinance.
Please be reminded that Condition C is outstanding and in accordance with our previous letter
granting you a time extension, compliance with Condition C must be met by June 22, 1998.
Should you need an additional extension of time, your request with reasons, 20 copies of the
request and a $250 filing fee must be filed with the Planning Commission through our office.
In accordance with the new Zoning Code, you will be required to inform surrounding property
owners within 500 feet of the subject property that you are requesting an extension of time to
comply with Condition C. Should you need to file a request for an additional extension of
time, please refer to the information sheet as attached.
For your information, your next annual report will be due on or before November 20, 1998.

Annual Proctress Report
Substantial progress has been made on Lot 45A (TMK:5-9-08-05).
Seventy-five trees have been planted and a complete irri-
gation system has been installed. (A photo is enclosed).
C.P.R.'s have been consummated on all the Lots and the higher
real estate taxes according to the Dept. of Finance Real
Estate Tax Division Procedures.
We still need an economic upturn to get things moving.
