Dear council members....I write you from Pennsylvania. I have lived on the Black Sand beach and spent
countless hours mesmerized by the pristine beauty of the Naalehu/Punaluu region. It would be nothing
short of a crime to allow a handful of people to turn the land into a virtual disneyland.as Kona has
become. Please do not let this happen. I feel quite certain that it would be possible to find someone to
simply buy it and preserve it forever as it is. Most sincerely, Natasha Green
