To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to express my enthusiastic support for resolution 169-07. I was fortunate
enough to have experienced the Black Sand Beach in May of 2006. It was one of the most
magical places 2've ever visited, and I feel that it would be a tremendous loss to the
soul of Hawaii and mankind to not allow this area to remain undeveloped. PLEASE pass this
resolution.
