PAHOA, HAWAII. 96778. 808 965-9777 I Roberta Meier- Mcgrath have lived in Hawaii for over twenty-five years. I am awaze of the sacredness of Punalu'u and what it means to the Hawaiian Culture. I am a graduate of Hawaii Community College with a degree in Hawaiian Lifestyles and Liberal Arts. I have also danced hula for the past fifreen yeazs. I'm a substitute teacher for the Dept. of Education and am an advocate for preserving the Hawaiian Culture, and protecting the endangered species of the aina. I fully support the Keolalani Hanoa Resolution 169-07. I'm sorry I will be unable to attend the meeting on June 4`~ at 5:30. I am e-mailing my testimony in support of the resolution. I believe that the endangered species need to be protected, the sacred sites should not be disturbed, and that their should be local access for the fisherman, and cultural practitioners forever. Punalu'u is a very sacred place with a great deal of historical significance. I'm 100% in favor of saving Punalu'u . Mahalo nui loa for this opportunity to voice my testimony. Roberta Meier- Mcgrath
