Subject: Ka'u Preservation
I am writing out of concern for the land at Ka'u that is being threatened with development. Please do not
permit this to happen. The land is far too valuable for its natural beauty and it would be a trajedy for
everyone on this island if it was desecrated by homes and shopping centers. I urge the County Council
to use sense and compassion for the sake of the people of this land and deny any permits to build. Keep
the land sacred. We will all be the better for it. Thank you/
