Dear Council,
I understand that on Monday, June 4, you are meeting to consider a resolution to
purchase Punalu'u
Black Sand Beach and make it preserved land or allow developers to turn it into another
resort.
As a tourist who has this beach on her list of places to visit in my lifetime - I urge
you to save this beach for future generations and for the endangered species which
call it home.
Not every beach in the world needs to have a hotel on it.
