THE WAR ON POT IS OVER
POT WON!!!
Several months ago I brought before the Council's attention, the police invasion of my ho ~orq ~e~5-~006j~~ d~lso,my
filing of a Police Commission complaint; this complaint, HPC 06-28, was heard by the Police~om~issiorYon'4-~0-2007. '
I present a letter to me, from Corp. Council Lincoln Ashida, dated May 8th 2007, that the ConJ[nission has sustained my
complaint and they forward it to the Chief of Police and Internal Affairs. '
I am currently in discussions with an attorney as to any action I may take regarding this gross violation of my civil rights.
The facts of this case are compelling reasons for the County to get out of the eradication business, as it is impossible to
tell from the air whether the Cannabis in question is medicine, or sacrament, or contraband.
The County needs to hold separate hearing on the acceptance of this grant in order to tune up eradication efforts by our
county police so that the county is not exposed to tort actions of any sort, especially one which reacts to loss of life or
property due to eradication efforts over residential land when a helicopter crashes into someone's home.
The council should eliminate authorization to operate over any residential land while patrolling for large scale growers in
forest and former sugar cane land.
In order to conserve police resources especially given the scores of unfilled positions in the Force, a 'low-priority' which
does not mean 'NO priority', enforcement of simple possession by the police should be mandated by the council.
If someone is observed growing SO or more plants and they are not a registered medicinal grow site and cannot show
legitimate religious exemption then contraband profiteering should be prosecuted.
Anyone making contraband prices off of growing what I consider medicinal sacrament is no real friend of those with
legitimate medicinal or spiritual need, as we are forced to over-value our natural Sacramental medicine and often pay 50
times what this herb should cost.
And it is the love of money which is at the root of this evil war on a plant and the citizens who choose to use it.
Only two classes of people actually benefit from these evil laws the Cop's and the Crooks but the average citizen does
not.
in total waste of police resources nine cops and 5 gas guzzling vehicles unnecessarily came to my farm, why so many
vehicles, because, should I have be found to be in violation, then police forfeiture options take effect and the police get
to keep 76%. These laws have turned the county police into 'Sheriff John' robbing the poor to feed the rich, a
paramilitary styled raiding party who are bullet-proof vested, armed and no visible badge or ID who able to use military
style helicopters to spy on citizens.
Is that the Republic that Franklin, and Jefferson Washington and the other founding fathers envisioned or do we get a
police state.
Our state constitution guaranteed the ENJOYMENT of the pursuit of life liberty and happiness in consonance with this
the County should stop harassing citizens for pot and go after profiteers exclusively. Free up courts and police to go after
Crippling problems like ICE and assaults and property crimes.
Aloha

Dear County Council:
RE: MARIJUANA ERADICATION FUNDING
Aloha Councilmembey! Thank you for the chance to space some thoughts and ideas with you I represent
1 of over 1,000 medirrl marijuana pat~ts bete oa the Biglsland. I am not in fawt of receiving tbe marijuana
eradication funds 1 feel after 25 years of watching the police fly helicoprers(®600.00/hour), over residential
aa'borhoods that it is and has been a waste of vahiabk: time ,man hours ,and above all money that I thiok
wuki be better sport I would like to yak that a "coas_ttuctrve working group" wukl be established to help the
wuncil better dteir kaowlulge so wpm decision making comes and it affects us ,the wuaal wtll be better
equipped to decide things oa our behalf Ilad resolution 46-01 been falSlkd I probably wouldn't have to ask
alas of you if for some reason the funds are received I feel that there shonkl be "DOABLE" stipulations
should be placed on the receiving of the funds:l)zesidmtial areas should be a "NO-FLY-ZONE" . I fed that
dte commercial growers aren't growing is residential nerborhoods, maybe indoors, but they dont aced a
helicopter re fend these ones. ~ Estabish a working group ro help the wuncS with the medical side of things.
Ia wnversatioa with some of you that caged me bads after I ca0ed , some of you really don't know this law but
will try to guess wpm in discussion about it This htav pertains ro me directly and I do know this lass The reason
why is that I was auested for a law that didn't even exist, by as over zealous police officer who infused to hear
the truth. This county payed nu i30,000.00 fns pia unwilliogaess to obey this lava I have personally said that I
will help eadt and every patient that is bulled by ktcal law enforcement Since that time some of the same
officers raided Rev Dmois Sheilds home sad tried the same gazinge as him, only be is my clone fiimd and
knew better . As wunty oflitials you need to be made aware of wuaty empkryeea that anent doing the job
Properly sad would be considered a liabsTity. 3) Lowwer the priority on madjuwa in geae:al-ktw priority does
not mean no priority Slow dower and lode at dtis oa a case ro case basis. With 1,040 of ns medicat marijuana
patients here representing '/z this states total there NEEDS to be a highteaed awareness wad sensitivity.
Resolution 46-01 was good years agq arnv it wukl be made betty for all iavofied. Oar mistake with 46-01 was
we invited outsiders who daa't live here on the BebIsland into out business, let's keep it here at home and work
together to make it betta4) Requite the police officers in this wunty to attend losses ro handle patimta-
because after 3times I can tell you that they don't know what they are dating wpm it comes m this situation
.Guessing is not good enough for me and hope you will join IDG ro hdp make it better for the Wert patient that
has as eawunter with HCPD When 46-01 was created we avere also supposed ro get workshops with the Chief
and Head of Vice-it never happened -thanks eo Aaron Chung We are making an effort to emnd our hand
and help. I am currently is the 5'" of 6 years of highdose chemotherapy wad use this as medicine because of
the non-addictive properties sad also I taken far too many pills and would rather save my liver and kidarya We
will always in any ciicle have the 10% that try to get over on tbe system-but the rest of us are really struggling
and don't need the added womes of the police dealings. Although I do think that there should be a way made
so that patimte wukl hdp patients wpm someone is in need. It's not as easy ro grow as one might think. Wpm
is between we need m squire it somewhere other than oa the street paying over ;500.00 for an ounce of
medicine-1/2 that is fair the other'/z is goujirtg A lot of us are oa social security a~ cant afford to pay street
market value. The eerrrent need of the patients here is 19516x. X 6,000.00 per pound=;1,170,000.00 as you can
see if '/z the time we need to squire it, it would and is a wnsiderable number We need more than to heaz that
you aze sypathic to nu~iral folks instead actions speak louder than wordaThank you for you rim e, Aloha John

Pot
Pakalolo.. What does lolo mean in Hawaiian.
Why was Pot given that term.
Because of what the local Hawaiians observed.
The local people saw what happened after the hippie
provided them with marijuana; people acting not normal, or crazy.
Do people who drink liquor cause accidents, injury and death? Yes
Is it a cause factor in murder cases and other crimes? Yes
Do people who intake drugs cause accidents, injury & death? Yes
Are these drugs a cause factor in murder cases and other crimes?
Yes
Is pakalolo one of these drugs that cause accidents and death? Yes
Is pakalolo a cause factor in murder cases and other crimes? Yes
Has the Federal Government done a in-depth tests on cannabis and
found that it damages brain cells. Yes.
Do people who abuse marijuana, act ungentlemanly, misbehave,
become loud and try to intimidate and silence anyone who speaks
against their cause. Yes.
Who are some of the most important people on our island. Our
Children of course. We all have hopes and dreams for our children
Are children observant and catch on to what is going on around
them? Yes. Do they use adults as roll models to help guide their
lives. Of course.
Has the use of pakalolo broken up families, caused people to lose
jobs, set a bad example of the good family life to our children, You
can bet on it. Young marijuana users lives develop some changes.
They become unresponsive to parents or authority, do not do good
in school, do not have a good attention span, become disruptive,
become generally lazy. Drift away from the good values of life and
success. I've personally seen this again and again.
2
Do the public schools often call the police to recover pakalolo and
deal with the problem child in the schools. Yes, almost daily.
Do the youth that get picked up for crimes often have pakalolo on
them when arrested. Yes. Are they sometimes under the influence
of pakalolo when driving or being arrested. The answer isYes.
Is it harder today to buy or obtain pakalolo on or any day after the
first and continuing green harvests. Absolutely not. That is shibai.
That is the scam. The big untruth, to sell you a bag of crap. It is a
ploy to get you to change your mind. Remember we used to seize
two million plants in years past. Don't believe it. If you do, I have
a bridge I want to sell you.
Marijuana is more expensive today, and Meth, cocaine & heroin
are cheaper and easier to get because of the lack of marijuana.
That is the second selling point or shibai. The second scam. Don't
believe it. Don't forget about the bridge guys and girls.
The helicopters used by the police are frightening people and
scaring babies and animals and the birds and the mice and rats and
the plants: Maybe they really have in some remote cases. But
most of all, it scares the hell out of the dope growers who do not
want to be detected and loose money. The real question for the
council is what about the 10's of thousands who are good citizens
and voters who do not complain. Who are happy that our
government is eradicating the marijuana.
Do a few people with an agenda, rule over the majority of good
citizen voters. I think not. Council members don't be intimidated
by a few loud voices who have non taxed dope money and the
hippy style of living. Don't let them take away from the rest of us
tax paying citizens, a good wholesome drug free place to raise our
children and be safe from the drugged drivers on our streets.
3
I have a couple of questions for any council member that wants to
have the rest of the council believe that low flying helicopters are
the real reason to object to receiving the federal money.
Do you accept donations from marijuana growers?
Would you be willing to take a drug test in the next two days?
Five days? Ten days? Are you sure that you are not unknowingly
involved in a conspiracy with the illegal marijuana growers trying
to disrupt the police effort. What about a polygraph test?
Hard questions? Only for anyone, who would promote the scam.
The rest of you, are our true representatives of the people.
It is true that when the police raid marijuana operations they fmd
other illegal drugs and weapons. The general rule is yes. As
council members you were sworn to uphold the constitution and
the laws of the country the state and the county. If you do not
uphold the laws in place, then you do not belong here. Go get a
job as a marijuana lobbyist. It might pay better. Get out of my
council, or the voters and good citizens who do not break the law,
will be awakened and throw you out next election.
God bless all of you good councilmen and women who work so
hard, who try to be fair and do good for the people of our county.
Please be smart enough to read between the lines and do not get
hood winked by the well thought out lies. I have seen a lot over
the years and I speak from my heart as to what I have seen, know
and believe. Remember, whatever you do, don't ever buy the
bridge, it will come back to haunt you.
