Aloha Kakou,
I was born and raised here in Hawaii nei and don't want to see it developed any more than
it already is. Being raised up on Molokai has given me the same strong Hawaiian values
that I see are being continued on today here in Ka'u. As I contiunue my education here at
UHH, I understand and accept this kuleana(responsibility) I share with my fellow kanaka
maoli(native Hawaiians) to malama our 'aina and our people. I stand in strong support for
RESOLUTION 169-07 "THE KEOLALANI HANOA RESOLUTION". Please don't let Punalu'u turn into
another Waikiki.
