Aloha Hawaii County Council Members,
KAHEA: The Hawaiian-Environmental Alliance strongly supports the resolution to protect Punalu`u from
inappropriate development.
KAHEA is a local, community-based alliance of Hawaiian cultural practitioners, kupuna, environmentalists, scientists,
and concerned residents with over 2,500 members. We work to protect Hawai`i's unique natural and cultural
resources.
Punalu`u and the Ninole Springs are exactly the type of natural and cultural resource that we strive to protect for future
generations.
Please stand with the people of Hawaii nei in support of Resolution 169-07,
