RE: Resolution Transferring Fu s for
C Jerk-Council Overtime
This to forward a resolution transferring $5,000 into the Clerk-Council Overtime Account to
cover the cost of future public hearings, meetings and workshop.
Please feel free to contact me should have any questions regarding this transfer.
I am also requesting that this resolution be waived to full Council for its meeting on January 16,
1998, in order to assure that there are adequate funds in the account when these meetings occur.

RE: Attached Resolution
Pursuant to Section 1(e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County
of Hawaii, this written approval is submitted in regazd to Resolution No. 217 ,
transferring $5,000 into the Clerk-Council Overtime Account, waiving said referral from
the Committee on Finance in order that appropriate action can be taken by the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable that such a waiver be
granted.
