<br /> I ask that you consider amending Bi1160, Draft 3 by increasing General Fund Expenditures-Mass Transit
<br /> by $1,022,678, and decreasing various Salary and Wage accounts by the same amount, which positions
<br /> aze reflected below. The appropriation will be used to allow the Mass Transit Agency to increase
<br /> transportation services azound the Island. Also, increasing the Highway Fund-Roads-In-Limbo by
<br /> $105,468, and decreasing various Salary and Wage accounts by the same amount.
