campaign of terror known as Green Harvest. As a citizen of Puna for more. than 25 years
I have seen first hand and have registered complaints over the years about the intrusive
and harassing nature of this campaign. On our community service non-profit farm, where
we grow food to share with people in need aril support our work for justice, peace and
the enviromnent, and where we have a firm "no illegal dmg policy," I have witnessed
Green harvest helicopters so low over our farm that they were wipping up dirt, creasing a
hazardous condition, while we were planting and harvesting kaio and uahi (sweet
potatoes). This long-standing campaign of terror must be brought to an end.
