Aloha,
I am a resident of ,and lover of Kau,and am in the process of becoming a land owner here...and I am most
certainly in favor of Resolution 169-07.It is the only possible chance we have at this time to see our future
protected,for the future generations.Here in Hawaii we are so fortunate to be in the place where every living
part of the eco-system is truly rare and unspoilt as yet,some of the rarest land on this earth untainted ,as we
stewards have the courage to retain its'purity without succumbing to the mass conciousness which is pushing
us eagerly toward more ways to make money,with no real connection to our Mother,the Earth.We will not have
another chance to do this right...you either care about the sacredness of our Home ,or you don't,really.l do hold
the vision that we will not make an irreversible error of buying into the frenzy of greed that is consuming the
minds of so many today,and that we hold something back for the children who will mast certainly need some
unspoilt refuges ,the way things are going everywhere you look,....some place to just be in Nature that is not
controlled and contrived,somewhere that they don't have to pay to feel the peace and restorative natural power
that is inherent in such a place.
Thank you for listening to the hearts that are hurt by such a proposition as those that are asking to be heard
and really listened to on this matter.We are the protectors of this land,all who speak on its' behalf.
