RE: MARIJUANA ERADICATION FUNDING
Aloha Councilmemberi! Thank you for the chance ro share some thoughts sari ideas with you. I represent
1 of over 1,000 medical marijuana patients here on the BigIstaad. I am not in fawn of recdvi:tg the maririjuaoa
eradication funds .I feet after 25 years of watching tbe police fly helicoptere(~600.00/hour), over residential
aeiborltoods flat it is and has been a wasce of valuable time ,man houza ,and above all money that I think
could be better spent I would hire ro ask that a "constntctive working group" could be established ro help the
corral better their knowledge so when derision making comes and it affects us ,the couaal wiIl be better
equipped to deride things on our behalf Had resolurion 46-01 been fvlfi0ed I probably wouldn't have to ask
this of you .If for some reason the foods are received I [eel that there should be "DOABLE" sdptdations
should be placed on the recdving of the funds:i)tesidential areas should be a "NO-FLY-ZONE" . I brei that
