I'll just cut to the chase <br /> concerning my outrage of proposed by Bill #SS.Afrer reading the draft, I'm of the opinion that whoever <br /> dreamed this bill up is asking (some private property owners),(not all private property owners)within <br /> the confines of the proposed district, to pay for their business type expenitures using our private <br /> property tax dollars.
