Sirs,
I'm a private property owner at the Kona Billfisher complex in Kailua, Kona. I'll just cut to the chase
concerning my outrage of proposed by Bill #SS.Afrer reading the draft, I'm of the opinion that whoever
dreamed this bill up is asking (some private property owners),(not all private property owners)within
the confines of the proposed district, to pay for their business type expenitures using our private
property tax dollars. I also find it very interesting, concerning the exclusion of some properties within
the area (ie: King Kam Hotel, and other waterfront private properties).It doesn't take a Rocket Scientist
to figure out that this bill has NO MERIT in its present form, and should therfore be deteated.
