While, we agree that the town does need a program for <br /> upkeep and maintenance, We object to an assessment of 1.75 per 1000 of property value,yearly. <br /> This seems very excessive. Why are residence expected to pay an ongoing fee for the betterment <br /> of the commercial establishment.
