We own a condo P2 in Ali'i Cove. While, we agree that the town does need a program for
upkeep and maintenance, We object to an assessment of 1.75 per 1000 of property value,yearly.
This seems very excessive. Why are residence expected to pay an ongoing fee for the betterment
of the commercial establishment. If you have a plan for an improvement project and have a
reasonable assessment for the project(one time) We would consider agreeing with it.
