with these two entities to mirror their successful examples by helping ~c~
reestablish a quality of life we can all be proud of in Kailua VilIag;2-
Across the nation Business Improvement Districts have created vin-wise
scenarios fur small and large communities where individuals wh ~ rez ll.p a: c,
want to get involved and want co make a positive difference!
Through this legal mechanism the private and public sector will ~~;ark in
concert to improve and maintain the physical appearance and aestheti r. s ~ ~f
public right of ways, increased cleanliness and security.
Now is the rime, we have the oppurtuniry to do something positi~ ~e o.; o
