Re: Presentation by Sea Mountain 5
I have contacted the developer Sea Mountain 5, and they have agreed to do a voluntary project
briefmg to the County Council in regards to the proposed development in Punalu`u. The
developer will need approximately one hour to do their briefmg.
I am formally requesting to have this presentation be heard before the Committee on Finance
that is being held on June 19, 2007.
As the Council deliberates Resolution No. 169-07, this presentation would allow the Council
members to ask the developer questions on various aspects of the development.
