Dear Chairman Hoffmann and Members,
I support Bi1155, Draft 2 and believe that something needs to be done to
improve our historical Kailua Village -take away the crime, homelessness,
clean-up the streets, add more lights, add more security, beautify the place-
make it safe for all of us and for our future generations.
Our village is rich in Hawaiian culture, let's not lose it.
As a kupuna, I ask for your support in the passage of Bi1155, Draft 2 for all
future generations.
