It is curious that Hawaiian police seem to travel in "paclts". They : l v,

As for "cleaning up the town", that sounds like nothing more ~ I~ :u i c'. ! :i a it
double talk for a tax levy from which there is in my opinion vir u:al I} ;
probability of any substantial improvement in the city's climatr.
As you can see, I am vehemently opposed to this increase in t..a ;:n:i r~r;
purposes that seem nebulous at best, and which if it pays fora l ici un ;
Police enforccmerlt, could prove to be wildly counterproductive,
We seem to be teetering on the brink of presenting a hostile er ~ i rr nn f . t•f t fir
