After reviewing your proposed bill, I must say I am strongly denyix3g any such billbe
passed. First of all, what you suggest is extremely vague, it sHo{~3d'-!ie more specific and
specify exactly how this is going to impact the owners of the billfisher. It seems to me
after reviewing the information,the only ones profiting from this are the business owners
in downtown Kona, which is not even in our jurisdiction. I have discussed this with a
relative who is in the District Attorney's office in Los Angeles, and he agrees that this
is not our responsibility. I hope you can come up with another proposal which is more
specific, and tells how much money they are going to spend, AND WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO
