As landowners of approximately 3 acres of property along Kuakini Highway in the heart of Kailua-Kona, we welcome the formation of K\BID, and look forward to participating in apublic-private partnership to enhance the quality of life in Kailua-Kona. We believe that the KVBID will enable Kailua to become safer and cleaner, and will improve the quality of life and the Kona experience for residents, business owners, and visitors alike. We tntst that the County Council will also see the significattt benefits to the KVBID, and will pass a resolution to form the District. We fully support the KV'ID, and respectfully request That the Council support the KVBID by passing Biil 55.
