GENERAL PLAN REVISION PROGRAM
The Planning Department will be conducting informal public meetings throughout the
County during the month of February to discuss the comprehensive General Plan review.
Enclosed for your information is a schedule of meetings.
We would appreciate the opportunity to give a briefing to the members of the County Council
of the upcoming General Plan revision program. Since our first public meeting will be held on
the evening of February 3, 1998, we would like to make a presentation to the members of the
Council at the meeting of the Committee on Planning on the same day. Please contact me or
Norman Hayashi if this is be possible.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Hawaii Planning Department has scheduled a
series of informal meetings to discuss the comprehensive review of The Hawaii County n ral
pin. The purpose of the meetings is to inform the public as to the purpose, schedule, and tasks in
